Getting Dean into the airplane was, I'm sure, a combination of persuasion as to the worthiness of the trip... and lots of sedatives to take hold as soon as he sat down.

i can't even begin to imagine how sam managed to get dean on the plane in the first place, and comatose enough for the entire flight. they definitely deserve that beach, tho.
