So, for the PB100, there are two simple parts. First, on the "User Info" page for the community, it shows the code for a Prompt table. Use the cut-and-paste function to "cut" that code, and then do a post in your brand-new journal (congrats!) where you've pasted that stuff in as the "entry." Make it public, and save it.
That's your claims table (which we'll link to from PB100).
Then, you go back to the PB100 "User Info" and follow the link to the "Claims" thread, and make your claim (character, character pairings, whatever you were aiming for). I can then follow back to your journal and link your table in from there.
You might want to check out the LiveJournal FAQs (Main LiveJournal toolbar, under "Help") for making Journal Entries. This will show how to do them, how to make the text italic/bold/etc., and how to form links from your entries to other places. Those will all come in handy, I guarantee you.
