Curled around a coffee cup, fingers brushing the ceramic surface, Sam's hands are a distraction. Sometimes just looking at them makes Dean stutter.
He keeps thinking of other times-Sam lying against him, smoothing over Dean's chest and thighs, Sam straddling him and milking him with his fist, holding Dean down and working him over until Dean finally shakes apart.
Sam gripping Dean's hips and pounding into him, or bracing himself on Dean's shoulders and riding above him when the tables are turned.
"What?" Sam prods.
"Let's go. Now."
Dean pays for dinner and practically drags Sam out the door.
