Sukiyaki Saturday
So Mako and Yoshiko taught me how to make Sukiyaki, and then gave me a bunch of ingredients for it. Awesome.
Since I don't have work until 5, I woke up wanting to make it before the leek went bad. Cutting the stuff up and making the broth was fun. The noodles were a soy noodle and yam noodle.
