Pancakes and Crabs
Sean passed out at my place last night, and when I came to he was still sleeping.
So when he came to and hour later around 11:30am, we went to a really nice pancake place. Then it was a whirlwind trip to Mitsuwa where a festival for dango type snacks was going on. I re-affirmed my distaste for dango, whilst Sean discovered his.
The he got a snack, that was literally little baby crabs (about the size of a 50cent piece) fried to a crisp. Eyes, shell, organs and all. Let it be known we tried it, but the first thing we noticed was that they smelled like a reptile store.
The tasted pretty much like that too. Their shells are all crunchy, and the sauce type stuff dried on was sweetish. Not very good at all. Sean tried to eat them since he paid for them, but couldn't get past four.
Hahaha it was a pretty good day up until about 3:30pm when I had to leave for work.
