English day
We have an English day in our company today. That means that everyone must use English in all conversations, negotiations, when speaking or writing. We have special labels "Segodnya ja ne govorit' po-russki" stuck to our clothes.
Even our Russian-speaking customers support this innovation.
My everyday English is far from perfect despite the fact that I write a lot of specs in English. This is a great opportunity for us to deal with our speaking barriers.
