we had to swing out by the Man base in the afternoon so we decided to do the arms during the day. (we usually do most of the work on the ground at night when the wind is less and the sun isn't making work more annoying)
this made the Man Krew guys edgy because they weren't use to seeing us in daylight.
after dinner, we finished up the body and cleaned up and got out of there around 12:30 or so, so i'm really glad we worked on the arms during the day.
in a few moments we'll go out to stare at them raise the man. it's just a sit and stare thing, but we might need to remove some glass for them to do it, so we have to be out there.
last year was a pretty dance, but this year it might be more a straight lift. we'll see
then today we'll hopefully put back all the glass we took off last night (and today) and do the head. then move on to the other stuff.
and then we'll be done. with that. and can go work on our own man.
weather report for last 3 or so days: cold, windy nights. reasonable to very hot days.
