The Game
So, after being in development in my head for years, I'm starting to work on the game I want to make. I think that it was missing an element, which Minecraft has sort of inspired me to add. It won't be as blocky as that, of course, but that's the sort of world I want to build - something that is infinitely customizeable by the player to be what they want to be. I've started updating myself on OpenGL 3.0 and 4.0, and I'm working on trying to get the framework for the engine together now. This is a long term project, and I hope I look back on this and say, "What the hell was I thinking?!?" when it's all done. If it ever is all done.
