This afternoon turned out a bit weird.
- I thought I was working and then I wasn't. I took some bread anyway. And tried one of our new strawberry cream tarts. They were not amazing.
- On the way home I went to the op shop and bought a vest. I have a vest problem. It used to be newsboy caps, and now I can't stop buying vests.
- Also this old-ish woman I met at the post office last week kind of hit on me.
- I could have just done a squeepost of Bullet In A Bible instead of babbling to
rantinan and
speep on chat the whole time, but oh well. The point is that Green Day are good for me.
- I haven't ruined my chances of the Victorian Public Service grad program! In fact I'm into the second round! This doesn't solve my dilemma of whether I want to stay in Melbourne or go to Canberra next year, but I've got time.
- Damn it, Green Day, why do you have to keep writing songs with E flat chords in them? The one chord I can't play! I've given up and taken to just playing all those songs up a semitone, but it's cheating and I know it. And makes singing along confusing until I get into it.
