I just stumbled into a discussion about depiction of women in comics that used the word 'cheesecake' a lot. (Is that the Western comics equivalent of 'fanservice'?) I completely lost track of the discussion because I found myself craving cheesecake so badly.
Spicks and Specks the other night was amazing. :D Richard O'Brian, creator of the Rocky Horror Show (and the man who played Riff Raff in the movie) was on one of the panels. He looks as though he hasn't aged in the slightest in thirty years. Just gotten thinner. So naturally at the end of the show they cut the lights and then did the Time Warp, with the whole audience dancing, too. At the end Adam Hills tore his shirt off to reveal a Frankenfurter costume at the end. I just kept thinking, hang on, he must have been wearing those fishnets and high heels under his desk for the whole show.
I don't normally use YouTube, but sometimes things come along that I want to share, and
Sort of Dunno Nothing is something I just have to share. It's kind of a country father-and-son duet where the father asks questions and the son replies with monosyllabic answers, culminating in a chorus of "Yep, yep, dunno, nothing, sort of, good, nuh, dunno..."
