Okay, this episode made me cry. Nicest vengeful ghost ever. Poor Father Gregory, who thought he was an angel. The writer had to have had in mind the whole supernatural vs. spiritual debate of that brilliant X-Files episode, Revelations, I think it's called. Where Scully believes in God and miracles and turns out that's the one thing Mulder doesn't believe in. But still, I think, true enough to who Sam and Dean are to not feel like a copycat episode. Gah. Dean not believing anymore because there was no one there to protect their mom. ;_; Every time I think they can't get me sad about that again, they always do.
Dean's just a little too happy.

It looked like ... the will of God. Too true. Exactly like the archangel Michael, impaling someone on his fiery sword. I'm so glad Dean told Sammy about this, instead of letting him just give up his faith.
