[Severus is currently standing inside the House of Personas. The one most often seen at this point is a snake, coiled on the floor in one of the mirrors. He glances at it with indifference each time he notices it. [he doesn't notice Snape at first; he's focused on his own reflection, a large, wild wolf with his eyes, prowling and snarling, covered in cuts; sometimes, blood drips from its snout, blood that isn't animal, isn't

he takes a breath and turns away, and that's when he sees him; Remus tenses, slipping his wand from his robes

and spots the Patronus; despite himself, he tries to discern what it is - knowledge is power, after all]

[The Patronus shimmers and darts away just as Severus turns. His own wand is in hand, though his display is entirely for appearances at this point. He'd rather not have to duel you, Remus.]

...Lupin.

[A long, thin leg makes its way into the picture then, but that's all the Patronus will allow to be seen before it darts off again. Could have been a prey animal like a thin horse or something of the sort.]

I'd prefer to be too cautious than not enough. I've seen enough death due to the latter. [his gaze in turn follows the Patronus] Your reflection seems rather attached to you.

[He's just not going to comment. He's pissed off enough people just by being here.]

So it would seem.

[Snape turns to glance at the Patronus, noticing that it's... getting a little too clear for comfort. So he tries to scare it away by quick movement. Lucky for him, he succeeds, though not before it hops further into sight. Lupin can now see, as it darts off screen again, that it's gasp oddly similar to Harry's Patronus... shockingly similar even... only minus the huge size and antlers.

[It's a doe.

[And Snape is moving off again.]
