Owl to Sirius
Dearest Aunt Sirina,
Sorry about the name change, but it's a bit weird to call you dad due to recent developments. I thought calling you mum would be even weirder, and mother is too formal for me. I'm writing because I need a favor. I seem to have forgotten to return to the castle last night. If you could please please please send an owl to the headmaster (or headmistress incase they have been affected) and inform them we have a family emergency. I promise I'll be back at school later today, but I'm not sure if they would accept my back up excuse. Somehow 'well you see, I'm a guy now, and everyone knows blokes are bad with directions' doesn't quite measure up to a note from my parent. Hope all is well. Be careful in heels they are kind of tricky.
