Brainstorming
halfamoon is coming to a close at the end of the day. I know that the mod team got a late start this year, and that some people felt rushed for time. How much time do you all need to get prepared for halfamoon? Would promoting the community from the beginning of January be too early?
Is there anything else you'd like to see? I can make no promises, but we're interested in seeing your suggestions. taraljc does our fabulous header, but would you enjoy a contest for the community's default icon? Perhaps a daily prompt post?

For anyone who is interested, we also have an AO3 collection. The import finished a little too late for us to really promote it, but Dreamwidth users might want to keep an eye on
halfamoon for next year.
