So, although I don't have holidays this year (but I will next year, mark my words), I've had a fun, relaxed August so far.

I'm certainly not a Type A, as Justin has said, I don't believe in a personality test that only allows two possible results. We are far too complex. But I must admit that after being overworked for a stretch of time, I always enjoy something as small as a night out or a day shopping. And I've done both this month.

And because some people find Glasgow doesn't quite compare to other cities, I've decided to broach my horizons and spend the day somewhere else. Watching a quidditch match, actually. I haven't gone to many professional matches, so it now counts as a new experience. The game lasted for ten hours, which is much, much longer than any game I watched in school. However, I had top seats so I was very comfortable the whole time. I got the tickets from a nice bloke who's been schooling me in quidditch, and ah, I can't do this, sorry! Do you know how quickly a giggly 15-year old girl will run any quidditch joke off the ground? So, thank you for the tickets, Adrian, I had a better time than I expected even if it wasn't Glasgow or London.

Afterwards the girls and me Apparated back and had a few pints to celebrate England's victory. At least, I hope that was the reason why Amanda climbed on top of a table and attempted to take off her robe. No more beer for her for the rest of the month, I'm afraid.
