i asked ausiello 2 weeks ago about it and he said the person would not make the fans upset. so it cant be alex. nor would sm come back only to die.

it's o'halloran. here is my logic:

- it's not one of the main leads
- it's somebody who's been on a while
- we have a new csu
- the squad is involved

i think what happens is..

the new annoying csu is there now. why is he there? why is he in it as much and not ryan?

his behavior in the episode last night, drawing attention to the case, tipping off the media, etc, is really sketch. also, there was the unexplained leak in baggage? i think it was him. i think he brags to the media about how the csu and svu are the best and they'll solve the case, and the killer kills ryan.

neal baer said if you were a detective, you might be able to figure it out.
