Yes, me hearties, it's that time once again: the Fringe Festival GLBT Showcase at Patrick's Cabaret
WHO: A sampling of this year's Fringe shows with queer content.
WHAT: 10 minutes of our shows
WHERE: Patrick's Cabaret, 3010 Minnehaha Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55406
WHEN: This weekend, Friday July 22nd and Saturday July 23rd, 8 p.m.
WHY: For a sneak peak at At Least One Shoe, the exciting new Fringe endeavor from La La Enterprises. The show features the incomparable riverrocks, the intrepid viajes, the indefatigable beths_stanley, and the indescribable Hortense MacLeod. riverrocks performs both nights; I'm Friday night; and Hortense is Saturday. I'm sure viajes will be performing both nights; alas, as she is in Nicaragua at present, we can't hear her. The showcase also features performances by Claire Simonson, Elijah Rose, Allegra Lingo, and many people I don't know. Can't beat that!
HOW: Stealthily, and with great attention to tutus.
