I don’t know where you’re going and I don’t know why, But listen to your heart....
So, this summer has turned out to be one of the best I've ever had.
Yesterday, I got home from a white water rafting trip.... where I had a great time. It was four of my cousins **Renee, Estelle, Elliott, and Jason**, one of my aunts, one of my uncles, my mom, my sister, three of my cousins friends **Ron, Matt, and Jason who we call The Sequel since there's already a Jason**, and me :). Anyways, we went to the Ocoee River and camped out Saturday night and rafted Sunday morning. It was such a good time.... really. So, one raft had my aunt, Jason, Jason, Ron, Elliott, and Matt. The other raft **the cooler of the two... and not just because I was in it** was my sister, Renee, Estelle, my uncle, and I.... my mom is kind of afraid of the water, so she didn't raft. But really, the guide that was in our raft was the shit. His name was Lance, and he made our trip so enjoyable.
Shit, at one rapid, we were like the only crew that didn't fly out of the raft. We actually had to go fishing for everyone's paddles. After we did that, we "eddied" off to one side to just hang out. THEN all of a sudden, Lance starts getting attacked by yellow jackets. He ended up getting stung like 4 times, and my uncle got stung like twice. It was some scary shit. Then, we "eddied" out to a safer spot, and we all smoked a ciggarette... haha. I'm sure we all looked like a bunch of nic fiends. Like my uncle was smoking a little Cohiba, and my cousins, my sister, Lance, and I were all smoking cigs. Definitely entertaining.
But yeah, other than rafting, I've been doing a lot of rock climbing lately. I'm actually scheduled to go again tomorrow. There's this really cool bouldering place over here called Escalade... amazing. I think we're going rafting again next week before my sister goes back to Chicago.... I can't wait. This time will be better since it's only gonna be Renee, Estelle, my sister, one of my friends, and I. Definitely gonna be some partying at our campsite. We also got invited to party at the house that all the guides stay in. I'm somewhat pumped about that lol.
