So it has been awhile....yes, yes it has.
I am currently on vacation, or rather break, because while everyone including my own boyfriend is away in exquisit places such as New York, Colorado, Vermont, and England...I am stuck home. I suppose it is nice just to relax all day and get some rest ( I do desperately need that). I find i spend my days doing homework and studing for exams ( real nice break huh). So let's see....Jared left Friday (boohoo) and I came home and went to see Lemony Snicket's movie, which was cute, but quite different from the books. I then went shopping in a litle store and bought a really cheap and cute pair of pants/short (they are hard to explain). The absolute highlight of my evening was going to Elise's house and seeing all of my old friends who i stupidly never kept in touch with. Sam, Joan, Ashley, Danny (times 2) and Melanie were all there because they had gotten in from college, and Noah, Alex, Jason, and Joan's little brother was there too! It was so nice cathing up and hearing about college life. Poor Ashley can only eat fruits andveggies anda few nuts, but she looks and sounds great. Plus we all got to meet her boyfriend who is really sweet and they are cute together. Danny, a friend of mine from lovewell who is currently at NYU, did a dance to Beyonce's song and it was actually really amazing. I realized how much i miss everyone and how i need to keep in touch.
Ok so now, Saturday was spent getting my hair cut in a little hole inb the wall down in North Miami with a crazy but cute lady named Cookie who talks like she is from NY but has lived in Florida her whole life. It was quite comical and i got a kick out of it. After the haircut, i went to eat at Cheesecake Factory, and then went to see an amazing show at a first baptist chruch in West Palm with my dad. As if it werent a late night and we didnt have an hour and a half ride home, my dad took me and my brother to eat at this club at 11:00 at night. It was good but i was falling asleep.
Now, Sunday. I woke up and did all of my homework which i am happy to say is all completed. All i have left to do is read my book and write a poem (which isnt really homework it is more of a project). So yea i felt accomplished. Then i went to my Teen Angel Holiday party at Geronimo's and had a great time. We talked and ate and partied and did a Chinese gift exchange. I honestly feel like we are in a sorority and everyone is so sweet and nice and pretty.
Today i am going to barnes and noble to read...that's all so far.
Keep in mind that this entire break so far is with out Jared. I miss him desperately and if i told you how many times i called him a day you would probably be sick. He appears to be having a blast in NY city without me, but hey 3 more days and he is home!! WOOHOO.
No deep post, just a catch up. I forgot how fun live journal is. I am gonna get better at keeping in touch and posting. Till next time......
