Camp Vanilla Summer here I come!

So much has happened since the last time I updated it'd take WAY to long to fill you in... Leaving UNH for the summer happened so fast. After delaying my checkout for a good 5-10 mins. my RA finally let me go. What was just beginning to sink in for her had yet to hit me (I still can't believe she cried). I felt bad not being as emotional as she was but i wasn't at that point yet, had it sunk in that I wasn't going to see her and everyone else everyday maybe ever again I would've cried as well.
My freshman year has officially come to a close. I still have whiplash it went by SO fast. Never in my life did I think that I was capable of surviving my freshman year in college. I've definitely made some amazing friends (who i'm miss ALREADY!). It's weird going from seeing a group of girls EVERY day for 3 months to not at all. I def don't think it's sunk in that I'm not returning to NH at the end of the day. I have officially caved. I fought it i SWEAR. I have re-applied to the infamous CVS *gasp*

After much serious thinking I realized that every summer job idea i came up with was worse than returning to 'seeves'.  I settled for two reasons: #1: No summer job would start me off at a wage as high at CVS. #2 Where else could I work w/ my favorite name-twin-cousin!?

Upon return to MA (wednesday) I was offered a surprise invitation to go see Star Wars w/ my brother and sister-in-law at the midnight showing. Before this point it was a Haley brother tradition, I was honored to be considered as a stand-in. It was a great movie. Though for me the best part of the experience was seeing the genuine child-like excitement on my 29 y/o bro's face when the opening music started. Anyways, because I had already bought a ticket and planned to go see it w/ Mike, Brian, & Marc thursday night I went AGAIN. Luckily it was a movie worth seeing again.

Yesterday (saturday) we went and visited my mother's parents. My grandmother is FINALLY home and no longer in the hospital. She is more and more like her old self everyday, which is quite a relief.

If things keep up the way they have so far, this summer promises to be better than usual...
