Laying still for an hour is hard when you're this hyper
Welp, I got my MRI done today. I had to sit there and lie still (no moving! NONE!) for an HOUR. XD Which wasn't too bad until the last 10 minutes or so, because by that point my head was kind of hurting and my ear was still bugging me... (but my ear is better, btw). I was itching all over the whole time, though! But my mind's so busy it's easy for me to occupy myself for an hour.
Luckily, when Mom was asking around for people to pray about my scan today, someone told her about this REALLY awesome cough syrup! It lasts for 12 hours, and since I've taken it, I cough like...once every hour, or so. I didn't even cough ONCE during the scan! It was great! With this medicine, I feel like I'm finally well enough to go out into the outside world! (Although I should still probably take it easy for a few days...)
While I was in the MRI (which was an 'open sided' one, so it didn't even have a tube! That was nice...), the technician was playing the radio for me...and one of those Real Men of Genius ads came on...
I don't know how many of you have heard it, but Vic Mignogna and another VA (I forget who...) have this spoof thing they've put up on YouTube called 'Real Fans of Genius'...which is basically the same sort of deal, but with anime fans. XD When that ad came on, I had a hard time not laughing, because I had this image of Vic playing the piano, throwing back his head, and singing at the top of his lungs:
"MISS YAOI FANGIII-IIIIRL!"
Anyone that hasn't heard those yet needs to find them right now. XD Just go to YouTube and search for Real Fans of Genius, you'll find them pretty quickly.
(now if only I can get YouTube unblocked so I can see that without going onto the Wii....)
sooo..tomorrow I have an apointment with my doctor to find out what the scans said. Hopefully it's nothing too serious (although if it is, at least I'll KNOW...).
