Ok, so I got a paper assignment in English today, and this is what it is...
You and your friends are backpacking together on the other side of the world. You go into a deeper part of the forest and you see the most beautiful butterfly (just so you know kelli and jenni, it took everything in me to not bust out laughing when she wrote that part!!) and you bend over to look at it. When you look up, all of your friends are gone. You start walking around and calling out for your friends, and you hear a rustle in the bushes. All of a sudden, you are surrounded by geurilla terrorists. The terrorists take you to a village with 100 people in it. The terrorist leader gives you a gun with one bullet in it and tells you if you shoot one person, he will guarantee a safe passage out of the forest for you, but if you dont shoot and kill one person, the terrorists will kill all 100 of them and you will still have a safe passage out of the forest. What do you do?
That's all my teacher gave us, but we all think that she has left something out because she says that there IS a right answer.....I am sooooo confused.
