Description: Oh, Balthier. While Larsa is fond enough of the Sky Pirate, the issue lies right there-Balthier is a Sky Pirate. Even so, because Balthier is a well-behaved, gentlemanly Sky Pirate, Larsa can tolerate his thievery. It could be worse, after all. What Larsa truly admires is Balthier's ability to take charge in just about any situation. Even in an unfamiliar setting, Balthier can make himself stand in the spotlight and be the true Leading Man. He's suave; the very definition of debonair itself.
Balthier's almost self-sacrifice on the Bahamut really struck a note with Larsa. It's a relief he survived! Oh, and Larsa is doomed to be exposed to all of Balthier's porn. Had Balthier not abandoned Archadia and run away from his family and toward freedom, Larsa would be glad to be the Emperor of someone like Balthier.

Description: Basch is the epitome of manliness. Look up the definition and you will see Basch's face there. The relationship between Larsa and Basch has the potential to be extremely complicated. After all, it was Archadia who attacked Basch's homeland of Landis. It was Archadia who started the war with Dalmasca, wiped out Nabradia and beckoned Rozarria into war as well. Archadia took everything from Basch, including the man's honor, yet Basch still goes on. While Larsa is not directly responsible for these things, he still bears the weight of guilt on his shoulders as he is now the Emperor.
Thankfully, Larsa and Basch are mature adults and do not blame one another for anything. With the death of Larsa's previous guardian, Basch's twin brother Gabranth, Basch has taken up the guide of Larsa's guardian instead. While pleased he doesn't have to carry the burden of being an Emperor alone, he knows Basch will need to return to Lady Ashe's side someday.

Description: She is, without a doubt, one of the most honorable women Larsa knows. She, along with Gabranth, work together to maintain Larsa's purity and integrity. When Vayne kills his father, Drace is suspicious of him-she knows Vayne was responsible for Gramis' death, despite him passing the blame to someone else. As any person of honor would, she called Vayne out for his actions. Vayne repaid her by ordering her execution by Gabranth's hand.
Drace is someone Larsa looks up to considerably and could easily be someone he considers to be his mother-figure in his life. While he does not spend much time with her due to Ivalice being on the verge of war, he care for he greatly and was deeply saddened by her death.

Description: Born Noah fon Ronsenburg and twin brother to Basch, Gabranth is one of the Judge Magisters of Archadia and in charge of the Ninth division, aka gathering intel. He is... very, very good at his job, to say the least. Like Basch, Gabranth had everything taken away from him when Archadia invaded Landis. Unlike Basch, Gabranth did not "flee" to Dalmasca. He stayed with his sickly mother and moved to Archadia.
Despite having the homeland of a country considered enemies with Archadia (though it was later absorbed into the empire), Emperor Gramis allowed Gabranth to climb the ranks until he finally reached the status of Judge Magister. Gramis appoints Gabranth as a guardian of Larsa. Gabranth assumes Gramis means to act as Larsa's sword, to strike where he might not. Gramis insists that Gabranth act as Larsa's shield, to keep an eye on Vayne, whose blade is keenest of all. Drace also asks Gabranth to keep an eye out for Larsa and reminds him once again with her dying breath.
And protect Larsa he does. When Vayne tells Gabranth to protect Larsa, he agrees and turns his sword on Vayne of all people. This act of treason ends up being the cause of Gabranth's death. On his deathbed, he passes the responsibility of looking over Larsa to Basch.
As one of the Judge Magisters and guardians, Larsa admires Gabranth and trusts him completely. He has so much trust in Gabranth that he even trusts him to find Ashe and prove that she does not wish for war. This act was potentially one of the most important acts before Vayne really loses it.

Description: Penelo is easily the one who spends the most time with Larsa in the cast of main playable characters. Their first meeting was quick and awkward, but Larsa immediately took a liking to Penelo. He gave her his word that he would protect her and help make things right with Ivalice. Despite his blood relationship to the House of Solidor, he manages to gain Penelo's trust. Larsa enjoys spending time with Penelo and almost considers her family.
On the Thor, they've just been reunited and are learning about the others' stay. Penelo recently put on a ferret fashion show for her May job, modeling one of the hamsters in a miniature version of Larsa's outfit.
THOR

Description: Significantly helpful. He warned Larsa not to believe everything he heard, which Larsa found true enough, considering all of the different theories floating around the Thor. Larsa has learned that Ashura, or Ashura-ou as Larsa now calls him, used to be a King in his own world and aligned with the element of fire. He is considering asking Ashura to train him in the art of the sword, though he's still hesitant about it. Larsa knows he may need to defend himself, but doesn't like the fact words can't solve everything.

Description: Kid called him kind, which Larsa doesn't understand. Not that Larsa disagrees, but he doesn't understand why the good things he does stick out so much. Don't other people do good deeds because they need to be done, too?! Anyway, he finds Kid to be pretty kind, too, especially since he offered to help care for Peony's rappigs.
To return the favor, Larsa helped Kid wash windows in the month of June since Kid was being a little OCD with them. They were clean, but he was working so slowly. Together, they conquered the windows and saved Kid's job! And because of Basch's big mouth, Kid now knows that Larsa is royalty. Oops!
They really have this circle of... debt going on. Care for rappigs > clean windows > offer money > ????. Larsa doesn't mind, though. While he's made plenty of acquaintances and is friendly toward many people, Kid is quite easily his first proper friend (his own age, at least). That said, Larsa is relying on Kid to teach him how proper friendships work! Don't let him down, Kid.

Description: Dorothy is lucky to even have one heart. Larsa met her in person in the library when he was studying for school. When an alien dropped off an Adult Book, he picked it up out of curiosity since it lacked a cover. Dorothy saw him and came on over. Then proceeded to sexually harass Larsa. Yup. She asked All of the Inappropriate Questions, like "Do you self-stimulate?" and... yes. Larsa was... so, so embarrassed. And did not appreciate the conversation one bit. Their initial meeting didn't help him like her much, either, since she was so insistent on seeing him as a child.

Description: A fellow emperor! Though Peony isn't aware of Larsa's status as emperor yet. Larsa was immediately drawn to Peony because of his collection of rappigs. When Peony left the Thor for a canon update, Larsa couldn't help but take in the five rappigs and care for them until Peony came back. If he ever came back. Actually, Larsa still hasn't learned that people can leave the Thor via wormhole or a variety of other methods.
Anyway, Larsa suspected that Peony might be of royalty, especially with his remark about "IX" easly being affixed to his name. Still, because of Peony's casual speech, it was hard for Larsa to make a decision for sure. In the end, he ended up asking Jade who spilled the details. While Larsa knows that Jade and Peony know each other, he's not sure if they're friends or grumpy acquaintances. He also doesn't know that one of the rappigs is named after Jade.

Description: Larsa just. Wants to lineface at Falco so much. He's upset that Falco has so much disregard for other people. Although Falco said he'd ~try~ not to cause too many problems as he tried to locate his plane, Larsa's dissatisfied. To Larsa, it seems like reckless violence and he doesn't like it. If Falco's ship isn't on the Thor, then it's not on the Thor!

Description: A strange girl to say the least, though she certainly seems intelligent. Smart enough that she caught onto Larsa's formal way of speaking and compared him to someone of nobility. Larsa and she spoke of vampires and discussed whether or not vampires are truly immortal if they are capable of dying. Larsa disagrees that vampires are immortal because they can't live forever regardless of circumstances.

Description: Larsa doesn't know much about Hope yet. He does find that Hope is a nice person, especially since Hope was the one who told him Penelo was on the Thor as well. Hope was also the one who told Larsa that if there planets were gone, that there was a way to bring them back if they found the person with the power to rebuild the planets.

Description: Peony's friend. Enemy? Larsa doesn't even know. What he does know is that Jade is freakishly perceptive and intelligent. Nothing can ever get past Jade, so Larsa has almost conceded to the idea that it would be pointless to try hiding anything from Jade. He hasn't learned that one of the rappigs' name comes from this Jade. If he ever found out, it would be hard not to smile, and he's not sure he should smile at Jade's expense if he wants to live to his teenage years.

Description: Matthew is a ten-year-old boy with a lot of scars. Larsa finds him almost to be an adult trapped in the body of a child. He's intrigued that Matthew finds so many things to be easy and can empathize with the difficulty Matthew faces in regards to people treating him like someone lesser because of his young age. To be honest, Larsa finds himself to be rather similar in regards to Matthew, though their morals appear to be slightly different.

Description: Okay, he literally has no idea who this ~Michael Navel~ is. He hasn't even properly spoken to him. The only way Larsa has communicated with him is through an anonymous text message which Michael posted. Michael made Larsa think deeply about a few things, like what it would be like if it was his own fault for Ivalice being destroyed. The conversation solidified Larsa's belief to follow "what's done is done."
miles edgeworth

Description: A mysterious man with a cravat. Miles (who prefers to be called properly by his family name of Edgeworth) is a lawyer who doesn't believe in magic. Or magick. He intervened when Larsa was being sexually harassed by Dorothy and after exchanging a few nice pleasantries, Larsa challenged Edgeworth's "false" notion that magick didn't exist. When Larsa filled the tea cup with water from an Aqua spell, Edgeworth was unimpressed. When he cast a Protect spell on it and dropped it to the floor, Edgeworth was none too pleased. The Protect spell kept it safe, though Edgeworth is probably still using a high-powered magnifying glass to find the smallest crack. It was, after all, a tea cup from his own personal collection.
Larsa does like Edgeworth, and would have liked him even if Edgeworth hadn't saved him from supreme embarrassment. Still, Larsa has difficulty wrapping his mind around the fact some people just don't believe in magick.

Description: Mitsuba is someone Larsa considers to be a mother figurehead. He admires her and finds her kindness very endearing. He also likes the fact that Mitsuba doesn't mind talking with him and doesn't treat him as someone lesser just because of his age. Mitsuba fills Larsa with hope because she rarely speaks in a negative manner. As a result, Larsa is often eager to speak with her.
When she was wormhole, Larsa was pretty sad. He'd gotten along with her so well. He still thinks of her from time to time and is glad to have gotten the chance to get to know her.

Description: Someone Larsa almost pities. He doesn't know R.J. all that well, but the fact that R.J. feels he doesn't deserve to be happy or even get a good night's sleep makes Larsa feel sad. When R.J. tells Larsa he's killed people, Larsa is almost unperturbed. He has a suspicion that R.J. did it out of self-defense or because it was necessary, not because he likes to kill.

Description: Shiro is one who proposed that the worlds, if truly destroyed, could be rebuilt. Though Larsa is displeased with how selfish this World Rebuilder is, he has no choice but to accept that it may be a possibility and a last result. When Larsa expressed concern for others not from his own world, Shiro asked him why. Larsa told him that he was no different from them; that everyone on the Thor had lost their homes, their friends and their families, just like he had. Larsa also tells Shiro his belief that even if someone does something wrong or even just plain evil, there was a reason for it. He also thinks that killing is not the same as murder.

Description: Someone else who doesn't discriminate Larsa because of his young age. Larsa gets the feeling that Sho is very...experienced...in the workings of the world. Almost like a street thug, but not quite. Regardless, Larsa likes him well enough and finds Sho to be quite intelligent.

Description: The one who proposed that all of their worlds still exist out there, and provided his theory as proof. Because of this, Larsa is trying very hard to believe that his own world is out there as well. Somewhere. Larsa has explained to Ven that there are people he wishes to see again, even though others might not be happy about it. He's relieved when Ventus agrees that it's only natural to want to say goodbye to someone before they die. In the end, Larsa shares his belief that all people have goodness in them somewhere, even if it's buried deep.

Description: Larsa is very unsure of his feelings toward Whitney. He likes her well enough, but the fact that Whitney has no problem making innocent animals battle against each other for fun makes him feel uneasy. On the other hand, she can also be very sweet, as she demonstrated by offering to help Larsa care for Peony's rappigs. So Larsa is quite torn. Still, he knows she's a good person. Maybe she just doesn't understand making her cute creatures fight is barbaric.

Description: The very first person Larsa spoke with on the Thor. She instilled hope in him that perhaps their worlds were not destroyed-they were still out there somewhere. Xion also made Larsa realize that home is not necessarily the place you were born; it is the place you feel most accepted.
Xion demonstrated her kindness even further when she offered to help take care of Peony's rappigs. She offered to let them stay in her suite with Hope during the evenings, since sleeping in the Stowaways floor would be uncomfortable for everyone, especially the rappigs.

Description: Larsa likes Zell! Though he's uneasy at the somewhat reckless aura Zell seems to give off. Larsa has learned that Zell is a mercenary and promised to hire him if he ever needed to do so. Larsa also learned that Zell was bullied as a child by Seifer. As a result, he shared his feelings that everyone has qualities that someone is willing to like, even people like Seifer.

Description: Zelos isn't... a bad guy. Just narcissistic? Or something. Zelos seems to have his own personal agenda and certainly doesn't seem to be the type to care for other people. At least, that's how it appears. Larsa can't be too sure. He can't understand why Zelos is so against him taking care of Peony's rappigs.
