"What the hell is he doing?" She said to herself, giving everything she could to not look completely taken aback by Kisuke's comments. It wasn't like him to act like this. Especially not during battle. He was definitely up to something. She would not let him win under any circumstances. "What are you doing, Kisuke? Trying to falsify your feelings to gain the upper hand?" She said, arrogantly.
"Who said they were false? I know this may not be the best moment, but seeing you like this.. So much drive and determination." He began to see her aura changing. She was no longer in attack mode. The best way to a woman was through her heart. "I just couldn't hold it in any longer."
"Well," she said, still ready to resume the battle. Even if just barely her entire mental state had changed. She was letting her emotions and feelings toward her childhood friend get in the way. And for what? He used one little word and her world turned upside down. She was ready. She was not the 2nd division captain for no reason. "Isn't that nice."
Suddenly, she disappeared from sight. Kisuke Didn't know where she had gone and if she was going to come back. Suddenly he felt a sharp slice against his skin and his chest was sliced open. Did she use her Zanpakutou? No. This was this "shunko" ability. Was it really this powerful? Was SHE really this powerful? He then fell to his knees.
"So I guess we're done here then..."
