They Lost Another One
I really feel bad for the Class of 2003 from my high school. Early yesterday morning they lost another member in the car crash on I-80 here in Davis. That makes the death toll from class up to about 11 now, maybe higher. For a school that has barely been around for 10 years, Freedom High, and the class of 2003 in particular, have had an extremely high rate of death amoung current and former students. People drowning in the delta, car crashes 1/4 mile from the school, "street racing" that was really just wet curvy roads, missing turns at night, drugged out careening off of raised highways, and being shot.
