partying like the romans....
saturday was the big one. cristi and john's wedding party.
what an event! of course the silver lining to the whole thing was seeing my two bestest come up from florida for it (anna and suzie). having everyone together was great and that really is an event worth celebrating in itself. i don't think anybody enjoys the get togethers as much as i do and saturday was no different. also, met some friendly people at the weddding as well which is always refreshing.
but, GODDAMN does the crew know how to party!
i didn't drink that much but, i more than made up for it dancing with the ladies and at one point when ben made it rain with the dollars while we were dancing. PRICELESS!
oh yes, and once again i wound up on a dancefloor with a money half sticking out of my pants.
still,i was amazed how wild everyone else was considering the endurance (this thing went from 6pm to 4am by my estimation), the heat and the drinks. some of the gang understandibly passed out but, most pressed on! what a great night! we partied like the romans did! minus the orgies. i am still deliberating if that is a good or bad thing LOL....nevertheless. it was great to see everyone!
man three straight days of staying out late (also went to nc-17 w/ regen on thursday night and went and saw B&K @ Q's friday night) and partying this weekend really wasted me by sunday.
but, it was all well worth it!
tym's wedding is this weekend & i was invited to b-day party in the city on saturday night for my buddy sarah. i don't know how the hell i'm going to survive this one. LOL
