Weight:
I need to lose about 10 lbs. I work out with Warren at the gym maybe once a week, but that may go up. I also plan on running stadiums with several of my friends twice a week.
Weekend:
Went to Grayton Beach on Sunday, it was gorgeous. Went for fresh raw oysters in PCB and also got a free show of a number of totally wasted people stumbling around. We got stuck in traffic on a bridge in PCB on the way back and thus did not get into town until 2:30, ug.
Work:
Work is awesome now that I got a promotion. The people I work with are fantastic and not deadbeats like before, my job (when I have something to do) is interesting, and I spend a lot of time doing puzzles, reading, and chatting with people (not a lot of work to do).
Family:
My grandmother (on my dad's side) is very very ill. She'd been diagnosed with Alzheimer's a year or so ago and has been getting weaker and weaker. My grandfather can not always take care of her as he is in his 80s and uses a cane. She fell 4 times last week and went to the emergency room each time for a bumped head, bruised ribs, etc. She collapsed this morning from chest pains and they had to shock her heart to get a normal rhythm (it had been fluttering quickly). Her heart rate right now is something ridiculous like 200+. Both of her sisters died because of this: a combo of low blood pressure and
tachycardia. My dad is flying to Oklahoma tonight to be with her and my grandfather. She probably won't live very much longer, so i'll probably be flying out to OK within the next week as well.
