7 months. Who would have thunk?
Side note: My resting heart rate the other day was 61. Not bad if I say so myself. If it were 59, it'd be considered "athlete" level. I wonder what my heart rate would be upon waking in the morning... I just might be in the athlete range! Dang. Who would have thunk?
And my BP was 119/67. 3 months ago it measured 106/76. So I'm averaging healthy there too.
Now how about that cholesterol. Heh. That's not so good. So there's a reason to watch what I eat.
Maybe it's time to give the "you on a diet" diet a try again.
Got hula tonight... first time in a long time. We'll see what happens with this new halau. Tonight is just the trial class. Maybe I'll hate it and I'll need to find something else to fill my time with.
The shoulder is finally feeling better. I haven't done a damn thing in the past 7 days and I feel like a slug. I bet I'm going to suck at those 5.8's I felt like I mastered just the past week. Funny how you get out of a routine and then things feel so foreign. Heh -- like running. Doh. Haven't really run much either, which is going to make that 10k a real bitch if I don't get my ass in gear. Shit. I've only got like 3.5 - 4 weeks to get up to 6 miles. Shouldn't been too bad, should it? Ugh
Ok. I'm off. Wish I brought my mountaineering book to study while I'm waiting for hula to start. Grrr
