Negative. I have piggy backed this communication onto an interstellar carrier wave. I intercepted a broadcast emanating from your location. The data was garbled and mixed with video signals. I also detected content designated Jack Benny, I Luv Lucy, The Real McCoys, Jack LaLane, Andy Griffith, and many others.
Are these humans diplomats or representatives of your species?
If so, they seem primitive.
