V-day 2009

Feb 15, 2009 20:53

My V-day was kinda like an errand day actually. I work alot lately so i havent had time to get some things that i needed to buy with my mom. So thats what i did for the first half of my v-day. My daddy surprized us with a couple of roses and daniel chocolates. [too bad i cant eat them right now]

The 2nd half of my v-day was at work. V-day was my last day of work at Kamei Royale. I chose this day for a few reasons.

1. I have no date so why bother having it off
2. I cant eat good food so why bother trying to find a date?
3. Its going to be very busy so more tips
4. the guy i kinda like is my coworker and he works v-day

and why not choose later? cuz working 25 days in a row is enough.. and i have some social life events coming up the next week.

Kamei Royale was super busy not surprising. But what was weird was that there were alot of LARGE GROUPS!!!!!!!! wtf. ok.. large groups on v-day.. I thought v-day was more of a couples thing. *shrugs*

Anyway at the end of of it all [1130] i gave Yasu a small box of choclates i bought from daniel chocolates. [funny how my daddy and i picked the same chocolate shop haha] He was really happy. Everyone at work was like awww~~~~ I may have bought teh chocolates but i hand made the card. I cut it out of red card and used nail polish and gold nail beads and put them on one by one to form his name.

I forgot to take a picture of it. It was very cute though. He asked me if i made them i told him no. but i wanted to make them.... just that right now im not allowed to eat sweets so i cant test it to see if it turned out non eatable. After that he walked me to the skytrain and we had a long talk [about random stuff only like a 5mins on the following]. Basically we are just gonna continue as it is now. He doesnt have much time left in Vancouver and we still need alot more time to get to know each other well. Its all fine with me I think i feel the same too.

besides hiro has been waiting for me for a long time and ill finally get to see him again soon.
