Will I ever grow tired of you?
It's funny to read Johnny's Jr. answers when they are asked what they are proud of. They are great dancers, they are good-looking, they have fans, they take part in tons of awesome stage plays and concerts so you could expect them to give an answer related to that but no. Apart from Matsukura (And still, he mentioned his mom), they are all proud of their family.
It sound as if I think it's something bad but not at all, it's just that I was really surprised. Especially after that talk I had earlier with motusama about our little brothers 8D It also reminded me of that similar talk I had with sewitches when we met in Japan. We were kind of comparing our siblings, saying what we liked/disliked about them when that question came to my mind: what do my siblings think about me?
I have a little brother and a little sister. Actually, when I think about it, we don't have much in common. But I want to believe that would say we get along together well. Not to the point that I can't say they are my pride but yeah, even if some aspects of their personnality can really piss me off, basically I don't have much to complain about. If I were them though, I would think I'm one of the worst oldest sibling ever. I mean I don't think I have ever acted like a "real" oldest sibling, I'm not a role model at all, I'm not good at sport, music or anything else. All I can do is love a bunch of Japanese boys much more than what I should. Plus most of them are not only younger than me but even younger than my own brother. Doesn't bother me that much actually. Not my fault if the boys are that awesome 8D
So yeah, sometimes I'd be kind of curious to know what my siblings can think about me.
I don't think I'm mentally prepared to hear their answer though so instead, I prefer to read the opinion of my beloved cutie pies ♥ :3
Oh, another thing I'd be curious to know is what can be the link between the theme of the interview and blowing a balloon.

For this shooting, we asked them to choose their favorite color balloon. Don't you think they look cute trying to blow it up? We asked these 6 boys to talk about recent little things they are proud of!
MATSUKURA KAITO
Lately I'm proud of my ability to hula hoop! I saw this dance called "Hoop dance" on a video site and I got really interested in it. You have to use your whole body and there are many different tricks. Mom told me she would buy me one so I chose one with my favorite color and ordered it online. I'd be happy if I can show my skills someday. The problem is that I need a wide place to practice. Right now I practice in the middle of our living room and I feel like I will end up breaking something! (laugh)
KURITA KEI
The children of the child of my parent's sister...Mmh~ How are they related to me then? (laugh) Ah they are the children of my cousin! The oldest one is a boy who is in his first year of elementary school, then there is his little sister and his little brother so they are 3 and they are super cute! They are my little pride! They live far away from us so I don't see them often but yesterday, I saw them for the first time in a while. As soon as they arrived, they immediately attacked me saying "Let's play! Let's play! Let's play!" (laugh) It was very tiring for my body but it really healed my mind. (If these kids are too energetic even for Kuri-chan to handle them, it means they must be VERY energetic.)
KURAMOTO KAORU
My oldest sister is 5 years older than me and I'm proud of her brain power. (laugh) She is good at studying and at sport and she even got a scholarship to stay in a host family in Australia. Also I've heard that the level was very hard but she passed her thesis defense. I'm impressed just by hearing the word "thesis" (laugh) Also she is good at kendo. Then my second sister is also a pretty good student and she won a prize at a calligraphy contest. I would have appreciated to also have something I can do and be proud of. (laugh)
MATSUDA GENTA
My little sister is my pride! I've always wanted a little sister so I always wrote it in my letters to Santa and also during Tanabata. (A Japanese summer festival during which you write your wishes on a piece of paper) Right now she is in kindergarten (He actually uses a word I didn't know how to translate but that meant his sister is either 4 or 5) but she is so good at swimming that she is about the same level as students who are in their first years of elementary school. The other day she asked me "Whenever you have a day off, let's go to the nearby park and teach me how to do a cartwheel" and as her older brother, it made me overly happy! (laugh) What would I do if in a few years, she asks me to teach her how to do a back flip? I will beg Tsukada-kun for help! (laugh)
TAJIMA SHOGO
My grandfather is a junior high school baseball coach. I started playing baseball during my 3rd year of elementary school and thanks to my grandfather, I was quite good at it. By the way, my father also practiced baseball until high school and I heared he was very serious about it. So at home, we've been liking baseball for 3 generations. Lately, I don't practice on a regular basis but on my days off, I sometimes play catch-ball with my father. I'd like to take part in a Johnny's Sport Event someday.
TANIMURA RYUICHI
My older sister had a pneumothorax, this lung disease that usually affects young slim boys. Arashi's member Aiba-kun also had a pneumothorax a few years ago, right? I'm proud of the fact that I found this common point with Aiba-kun because I love him! So now, if I ever meet him, this is something we can talk about. (laugh) Also the other day, someone from the company told me that I look a little like Aiba-kun and it made me very happy!
