Japan trip 2012 - day 2

Aug 02, 2012 19:06

Have you ever seen two young and weak girls walking and taking the train from their hotel in Inarichô to their share house in Hakusan (about 5km) carrying 4 suitcases (two big ones and two small ones), two 2 shoulder strap bags and a pretty big plastic bag at 8am knowing that at the same time, all Japanese are going to work (= trains are crowded), knowing that it's at least 342254385954327524°C here, even in the morning and knowing that stations here don't always have escalators or elevators?
If you haven't, you should, I think it's quite funny to watch! But to watch only.

We had to be at Hakusan station at 10am and in the end, we were there at 9:15am OTZ

We were starting to melt when the French manager finally arrived. We headed to the house that is actually a bit smaller than what we have thought it would be but for some reason, the price was cheaper than expected which was a very good news. We are about 15 in the house, they are all Japanese and we haven't met them all yet but the ones we have already talked to were so kind with us! ♥

After finishing unpacking our suitcases, we went out. Our house is near the Tokyo Dome so we wanted to know if we could get there by walking and it's actually really close! So we walked around the Tokyo Dome (there was a baseball match so there were many families) and we went to see where was the Tokyo Dome City Hall so we can go there running and be the first ones in front of the doors on Monday 8D
We also went to the same place as Nakai in one of his previous show when he went to see SUMMARY 2011 in Dome. We were actually about to enter a parking lot that was most probably the backstage entrance but decided that it was maybe better to leave before having some problems...xD

Our goal was to walk from the Tokyo Dome to Shibuya and on our way, we wanted to see the Kokuritsu and to go to Takeshita Doori in Harajuku (total is about 12km). I still don't know why but we actually did this for real xD
It was SO HOT, my legs are now dead but I'm really glad we did it. I'll tell you why.

While we were walking, we were starting to get tired but we were already by the Kokuritsu so we decided to reach Takeshita doori and then we'd sit to have a cold and refreshing snack. So once we got in Takeshita doori, we first went to a re-sale tickets shop to see if they had JUMP or Sexy SUMMARY tickets but everything was very expensive so we headed to the only place we have found that was selling ice creams and in which you could also sit.
While we were chosing what to take, two girls came next to us and one said "Oishiso~~~". I smiled at her answering that it did looked delicious, we both laughed, we started to talk and a few minutes later, we were eating with Yuri and Kanami, two high school student ♥

They didn't know about A.B.C-Z or Okura but well, they were so cute that I forgive them 8D
The four of us went to take purikura in Takeshita doori and then, they asked us if we wanted to go somewhere, we said we were first aiming to go to Shibuya, they said it was ok. So there.

We then went to some random shops and had so much fun but it was starting to get late so we unfortunately had to go back home...By train, of course since we couldn't walk anymore xD

So that's how we have spend a second perfect day in Tokyo and tomorrow, we should go to Odaiba!

It's pretty late now, I should let my body have a litte rest so おやすみ!(*^_-*)~☆
