Hi Guys,
I just found this community and it makes me happy to see that other people like this pairing too. I've just started incorporating it into my own fics and I was wondering if anyone else has tackled a few of the topics I'm trying to work in to their relationship (right now, they're too busy dancing around each other *sigh*):
1. Does anyone know exactly how many years ago Yaone was rescued by Kou when she was going to be taken to Hyakugan Maou? The whole connection with him is something that links these two together, so I wonder how long it was between Yaone getting rescued and Kanan getting taken.
1a. If Hakkai and Yaone were to get on that subject, is there any way to keep it from becoming a complete and total angst-fest? If Yaone's rescue led to another woman being selected sooner (or heck, if it led to Kanan being the next taken), I can see both of them feeling terrible about it, even going so far that I can see Gonou's personality returning. Has anyone ever had a fic where these two talked about that and made it work?
2. The all-important thing I've been wondering: Would Hakkai ever let Yaone see his Youkai version? I'm assuming it'd have to be something pretty serious, like both of their lives being in danger, but he'd probably still feel bad about making her see him that way. How might she react to such a thing? (I know she knows he wears limiters, so it wouldn't be a total surprise, but maybe the intensity of his power would.)
3. And just to be cute, how would Yaone and Hakuryu get along? I almost think it'd be adorable if he got a little jealous of her at first, since she'd be taking away Hakkai's attentions. Later down the road though, I can see him warming up to her and even being cuddly. ^_^
