52 Books in 2011 Master Post
So. One January 1st, 2011, I made a New Years resolution. While other people resolve to lose weight, or go back to school, or whatever it is they resolve to do, I resolved to read one book a week (barring that, since school eats up my life, at least get to 52 books by the end of the year) Not only did I want to read all the books, but I wanted to also improve my blogging/writing skills by writing reviews of each book as I read them. And while I am TERRIBLY behind in the book reviews, I am not so far behind in the books for the year (Yea, ok I still have seven books to read to be caught up, but whatever...that's what summer is for)
I thought to put all the books I am reading (along with links to the recs on my Tumblr) to have it as I go. Proof of what I am doing, helps to keep pushing me forward. I love reading, but I tend to get lazy...so woo.. here goes.
Some are rereads and some are ones I am reading for the first time. One of the books I had to read for school snuck on the list, cause I've read the whole thing.
