PSC Radio 2006
--Do you have times when you just suddenly feel like crying?
A: To tell you the truth, I have a lot of those moments.
U: We know. It's just you being you.
A: I reaally have lots of those moments. I'm easily moved.
K: Me too me too!!
A: No.... I don't think you can beat me in this
K: So its a competition now??
U: I've only heard Kai crying but I have never seen him cry.
A: Yeah! Me too!
K: Y'know how some parts of your life you want to be kept secret...
U: I see. Well then, let's go see a sad movie after this and cry together!
K: But what makes me cry might be different to what makes you cry!
U: ... And you'd have to have the right mood too.
K: Yeaah! Like in Ruki's case- He's just really sensitive when it comes to animals. If he sees animal abuse then-
U: Without even Ruki himself realizing it- he's already crying lol
K: Yaa- Normally when that happens and we caught him tearing up Ruki would say [I really can't take this anymore~ ;_; ]
U: Yeaah and then Ruki would go [Eh? I'm crying?] lols
K: He'd have that face- like something strange just happened.
A: It's absurd to associate Reita with crying.
U: Ah! Reita did cry! It was about work- he felt inexperienced, dint know what to do. It was scary! I don't ever want to see him cry ever!
K: Ah- it was because of work? Cos he didn't know something? I guess that's possible.
A: Yes! It's caused by his stubbornness
K: Ahaha if you want to go into stubbornness, I think Gazetto wins in that competition.
U: That's not something to brag about....
K:Err- anyway In the gazette, top 3 members thats easily moved are 1.Ruki 2.Aoi 3.Kai…agree?
A: Maaybe
U: Why did you put ur own name in that list?
A: He's too eager. Whatever it is- Kai wants in.

Shoxx vol 228
--Thanks for having me. Sorry for intruding your work here at Mie Center of Arts!
A: You're not intruding at all! Didn't we plan this? lol

--So a live here in Mie! Something like returning home as an hero, eh? We have a lot of requests to interview here in your hometown.
A: Err- I wonder if I can say this but... This place here isn't really my hometown.

--Are you not from Mie prefecture?
A: 'Prefecture' covers a really big area, right? If I were to drive to my hometown from here, really really fast, it would take me 1 and a half hour to reach there.

A: I dont usually go into the small details when organising the lives. Usually Uruha and Ruki takes care of it with the staffs. Even in determining the set list for the lives, I leave it to them to figure it out. But there are times when they present a set list a day before. But then on the real live day, we'd totally make new set list lol. And when that happens, I'd say to them "This is totally different from what you told me yesterday!!!" lols. It's really hard to stay with just one plan when you're on tour.

We go through changes almost everyday. We want to make our lives fun, even to someone who have been to a lot of our previous lives before. But then again there are fans that only go to see us play once. In the end, no matter where we perform, we'd like to give the fans a great live performance experience. Providing a similar live experience, anywhere- that's mostly where all our troubles comes from.

It's a serious matter if we want to change something. For this tour, we've decided that we'll do our finale@Yokohama Arena in early January. We only do changes to improve our live performance by focusing on the finale... Which is really hard to do cos the finale is still far away and in the middle of the tour, we'd get bored of the same concept. So sometimes in the end the concept changed a bit. But as I said before, I don't really mind about all those small details. I just genuinely want to perform really great lives everyday.

--Were there songs from TOXIC that turn out to be different than you imagined when you performed it on stage?
A: Yes, PSYCOPATH for instance. It's undeniable that in the beginning, we were still finding our way around our new songs. Like, even tho PSYCHOPATH is our song, we really din't know how to perform and rock it out on stage- meh

--What do you feel about this tour?
A: I'm surprised at how TOMORROW NEVER DIES has become a fixed song for this tour. And it was really unexpected that BREAK ME was not in this tour. It was deleted from the set list since the 2nd day of the tour. Didn't someone said in an interview that BREAK ME was created in consideration to how we'll perform it live? meh.

A: If you talk about lives then I do take the initiative and share my ideas of what I want to do. But I dont go as far as forcing my ideas on to them. I'd say it like, ''These are my ideas' not 'You must do these'.

A:I'm thinking a lot about the band's direction- where will we go after this? And I'm really curious about how far has our music reached the world.

--You've done half of the VC tour. I heard Ruki and Reita suddenly fell sick! I guess thats the harsh reality of tours.
A: Ah, the first half of the tour is always the hardest part. Look at this full schedule we have. If I were to skip some stuff here in this schedule the tour manager would definitely curse me lol

--If any of the members fell sick, have you ever stood up and say " I'll take care of your work!"
A: Never. How am I suppose to do their part? Ah! You mean, like for RIDE WITH THE ROCKERS, I'll take over the mic in Reita's place?

--Were you in perfect health for this tour, Aoi?
A: I had a slight cold. I never had a fever. Or maybe I did and I just ignored it saying it's just my imagination. Ah... but I got ganglion this time. We'd have rehearsals for the tour. It was about 1day and 6 hours. Usually I'd just get a sore wrist. Then tour started and I went all out on stage. My wrist started to swell. But its my first time getting ganglion~

--You mean you went thru treatments during the tour?
A: Nope! An excellent doctor returned back my hand power to me in just one check-up!

--Will u do something special at Mie lives?
A: I've told the fans that whenever we do a Mie live, we'd play Sugar Pain. But this time around that song didn't fit in with the concept of VC... And I cant do MC just at Mie. It would be unfair to the other fans who come to see us perform at other places.
