In kindergarten I had no homework.
Later in primary school, years 1 to 3, I could just write the answers - no documentation required.
Years 3-6, encyclopedias were perfect references.
In high-school I had to cite textbooks.
Textbooks lasted me all the way through university.
As a basic trainee I had to read review articles in prestigious journals.
Now as an advanced trainee, review articles don't cut it and I have to read the original research papers.
It won't be long till they expect me to do the research myself.
