Crown, female and tall.
Bit of a concern of Saturday. My GP couldn't feel where the fetal head was and so couldn't rule out a breech position. This is of concern because breech births should go for caesarean section. Obviously I'd rather have a planned caesarean than an emergency caesarean, so I needed to find out if the presentation was in fact breech.
So today I popped out of work for an hour to go down to the local private radiology practice. They were lovely and fitted me in at the last minute.
The feet are up and the head is down (but not engaged). My baby is definitely a girl (no more of this 70/30 crap) and probably quite tall for a baby.
Fears assuaged, I returned to work. Only 2 weeks more to go. I'm excited and a little scared.
