I see... The incident was a bit different from this; a snake-demon named Orochi who created his own world by tearing parts out of ours, along with what seems to have been his own selection of warriors from entirely different times. It seems Lady Noh and her allies actually live over a thousand years after my time. The war to destroy that demon, after he attempted to make the involved parties destroy each other, is where I met her and others from her time. Apparently, they don't all remember, though. So much for the explanation how we met. May I ask what your exact relationship to her and her allies is?

Ah, I don't know about her friends, but we have talked a few times since she's been here, and I've kept her company a couple of times.

I have to admit I don't really know her that well, but I enjoy the time I've spent with her. She's very kind to me.

'Kind'? I have heard many things about her, but never that she was known for her kindness. 'Deadly' would have been the word I would have expected in connection with her. She is not the demon king's wife for nothing.

I wouldn't exactly consider it a negative thing at all. She proved to be very capable against Orochi.

... Well, that may be true. There is a lack of purpose and ambition, considering you might return to your own world any day. Except for staying alive, there is hardly anything here that seems worth achieving.

I think there is no doubt she can. More than many of the people here, at least.

I wish it were that way, but the arrancar like to keep us busy, even on top of the curses. Keeping them in line is as important as anything else for me.
