Katherine and I finally saw Hitchiker's Guide to the Galaxy last night. A lot of people have told me that they didn't think much of it. I guess you have to really love the five part trillogy (<-- more proof that one needs already be familiar)to really enjoy the movie. I thought it was a great adaptation of the book, and better than any BBC attempt so far. The best things about the movie were Sam Rockwell as Zaphod Beeblebrox, and Marvin the manically depressed robot. If you love the books, see the movie. And if you loved the books, saw the movie, and still didn't like it, keep it to yourself, I don't want to have to deal with being flamed on my LJ.
