(no subject)
In the beginning of January, I said I was going to make it a new year's resolution to keep up with my journal...well, I haven't done so good so far, but I'm trying to do better!
The coolest thing just happened...my dad stopped by!! :) I heard a knock on the door and the first thing I thought was Hey, no solicitors! Leave NOW!! So you can imagine how happy I was when I went to see that it was my daddy making a surprise visit! What a treat. I haven't seen him in the longest time.
I have such an appetite, but there is no food in my house. I have needed to go grocery shopping badly for quite a long time now. Ben and I have been eating out for practically every meal lately, and that needs to stop. We don't have the budget for it! (And even if we did, it's quite a waste, if you ask me.)
My little sister is coming over today after school...that's two family members coming to see me in the same day--a new record. She might spend the night, too...she's starting to come over every Wednesday after school now (when she's not working), so she can go with me to my church's potluck. She likes hanging out at my house a lot for some reason. I really don't know why that is...maybe it's because I don't make her do chores.
I have some pictures from the hotel Ben and I stayed at for V-day...if they aren't that great, blame Ben--he took them. :)
