Good news!
We just got in the mail info about our house and our official monthly payment is...
***Drumroll***
$601.20!!
Man, that is so dirt cheap...and it's for a brand new house!! An actual house!! We knew our house payment was going to be cheap, but we didn't know it was going to be that good! Our estimate was more like $650.
Not bad for a decent 3 bedroom, 2 full bath. Oh...I'm just so happy. :) Wow. Also, we were originally told that our interest rate was going to be 6%, but when we got the figures in the mail today we found out it's actually only going to be 5.5%!
I'm just altogether so very excited. :) :) :)
Onto other news....
Hmm...I was just thinking...I believe I have a pretty high tolerance for pain. Just saying because recently it seems like any cuts/bruises/minor injuries I have that make others shudder don't bother me at all, and most I hardly notice. I know I didn't use to be like that...I'm STRONG!! I can take it!! *flexes muscles*

Well, I was very happy it was cooler out today! It reached 100 degrees out here in good ol' Boise Idaho yesterday. Mostly I was glad, though, because I forgot to shave my legs (it's been a good couple of weeks), so I was able to wear pants without dying. :) Thanks, mother nature!
Oh brother!! I currently have the hiccups and they are driving me absolutely insane! Go away, hiccups! I don't want to have to eat a spoonful of peanut butter...ick! ;(
