Video - Using the Tweaker 1920s 100+ Year Old Hair Removal Device
There are lots of interesting hair removal devices that were made in the early 1900s. This one is called The Tweaker. It looks like a scissors and functions similarly to threading. The Tweaker uses two size 8 rubber bands. I show you how to install the rubber bands on the Tweaker and show how to use it.
