a talk with an older lady
As I was waiting to pick up my son from summer school, a woman in her mid-fifties came over to tell me how much she loved my hair color and that she wanted to do the same. Bending over so that I could have a good look, she ran her hands through her hair and exclaimed, "Because my hair is already white and gray, I wouldn't need to process it." I told her that my color was semi-permanent and will wash out. We stood there talking about my hair color and me urging her to do it 10-15 minutes. Since she is a teacher, she said that she won't color her hair in the fall like that, but this summer? She will probably do it. :)
