chat room deleted
Since someone thought it would be fun to pretend to me in the chat room, the chat room has been closed down. A new chat room is needed to prevent users from pretending to be others. And I would need some moderators. I don't know of a chat room that I can put on this site that has such features, so I don't know when a new chat room will be installed. I apologize for the inconvenience.
I really hated to do this, but I cannot take the chance that someone pretending to be me says something horrible to other people.
One way you can tell that the person on the other side is NOT me is because I would NEVER ask if there are women in the room, as I believe that's rude to only want to talk to only a specific group of people.
Also, as many of you know, I do NOT do PMs/IMs as I get creeped out. (I tried YM once, got hit with over 200+ PMs at once, and it crashed my computer). Also, when someone PMs/IMs me, often it screws up what I'm typing to chat so I have to re-do what I wrote.
The person also lied about my age. (Although I wouldn't mind being 25 again! *smile*) So definitely not me.
Now, I don't want the chat room to be gone forever. If anyone can suggest a chat room that allows for about 100 people or more, where people have to register to chat, and the software to run it is free or inexpensive, I'd LOVE to hear it.
