I don't think so.
eventhough it's contain a lot of scene from the first movie, but there's a lot of new scene that explain how Inoue feels to Ogata

It's a TV drama special which is aired a day before the 2nd movie was release in the cinemas

Sorry, I finally got around to downloading the one you uploaded to compare them. The one I have starts pretty much the same way but then the content is much different. It's called SP Pre episode VI so I guess the file was mislabelled.

I looked at it some more and it seems like the version I have is just the new parts only. It's only an hour long. Anyways thanks for your hard work I'll watch your's instead.

If you not yet watch the tv series, then you can watch my version. But if you already watch all kind of SP then you'll be bored cause it has repetition.
I think the other version (which is uploaded at v6_unlimited community) is better
