I don't turn off what turns me on

The way the sun shines in, first thing in the morning. We have all experienced that sunshine. It slowly wafts over the bed as it rises, and begins to take over a person's sight, body. It's warm in the room and all we slept under was a sheet. The duvet lies on the floor in front of the bed, something I tripped on when quietly sneaking to the washroom in the middle of the night. But now, it's early in the morning and I'm wide awake. You're lying on your right shoulder, facing away from me and the aforementioned sun is slowly moving up your sleeping body. As I notice the time pass, I watch the sun and think about if it's doing this on purpose. I gaze and think about every area the sun moves on, wanting to reach out to touch it but at the same time wanting to make sure you stay asleep. As it slides up your leg and to your hip, can you feel the heat it brings in, or are you still dead to the world?

You start to move softly when the sun reaches your shoulder and bounces off of the wall into your face. Clearly, you are not awake yet, nor do I want you to be, just immediately. As you shift to your back, I sofly slide out of your way so as not to irritate you, but the sun does. It's just under your chin now. Anyone asleep would likely be jolted awake in a few moments, and this is when I decide to do something. I turn onto my right side and curl up to you, a leg in between yours. My hand slithers across the skin of your ribs and I pull you to me. This has you jostling a bit. I don't know whether or not you're actually awake, but you instinctively return to lying on your side as if to inform me that there's a closer way for us to be huddled together.
I slide over closer to you. Our bodies are pressed together now, my breasts directly against your back as my hand and arm are holding you close to your stomach, along the line of your underwear. Our legs are interlocked in a pose that is exactly alike. My body is colder than yours, you're radiating heat from the sun. As I lean forward and kiss your shoulder, you twitch quickly as if to acknowledge the kiss and return to your dream-world. After a few moments of this, I fall back asleep, the sun now warming the both of us.

Every day that begins this way falls into something near perfection. Nothing else in life is needed.
