So I have a bunch of 2007 records so far and it's sounding like a great great year for music. I already have:

!!! - "Myth Takes" which is funky and fun
Air - "Pocket Symphony" whcih I haven't listened to much but isn't very impressive
Andrew Bird - "Armchair Apocrypha" which sounded impressive and soulful on first few listens
Arcade Fire - "Neon Bible" which is all kinds of amazing and definitely lives up to Funeral
Bloc Party - "A Weekend In The City" which aight
Bright Eyes - "Four Winds EP" which sounded promising on first listen
Cloud Cult - "The Meaning Of 8" which I just got so I haven't listened yet
Clap Your Hands - "Some Loud Thunder" which sounded decent on first listen but could be great after a few more
Deerhoof - "Friend Opportunity" which is much more accesible than their old stuff and really good to boot
Do Make Say Think - "You, You're A History In Rust" which is a damn good instrumental prog rock album
The Earlies - "Enemy Chorus" which is pretty good pop album
Explosions In The Sky - "All Of A Sudden I Miss Everyone" which was good on first listen and will be another good instrumental prog rock album
The Good The Bad And The Queen - "s/t" which I haven't listened to yet (lead singer of Blur's new band's album)
Grinderman - "s/t" which was swanky and cool on first listen but I'm not sure if I like it (Nick Cave's band)
Low - "Drums And Guns" which is really out there but a bit haunting which can be a good thing
LCD Soundsystem - "Sound Of Silver" which is cool techno
Menomena - "Friend And Foe" which sounds liek some promising indie rock with some twists thrown in there
Michael Cashmore - "The Snow Abides" which is pretty but I'm not sure if I like it
Of Montreal - "Hissing Fauna, Are You The Destroyer" which is really srong on album and live
Panda Bear - "Person Pitch" which is anthemy and clean and probably as good as some Animal Collective (he's in AC)
Patrick Wolf - "The Magic Position" which is really good so far but needs some more listens
Radical Face - "Ghost" which was a surprise and will most likely be one foe a lot of people beacause it's good
The Shins - "Wincing The Night Away" which is damn near perfect if not for a few songs

======And there is so much more to come
++++++My favorites so far are The Arcade Fire, Of Montreal, and Panda Bear.
