(no subject)
This weekend was fairly busy. Marching band is finally over which is awesome beyond belief. I never wanna play Flash Gordon again. That music was vomit-inducingly boring and repetitive. I went to Andy's after the football game and hung out with a bunch of people to celebrate. It was fun and Alex is disgusting. Then on Saturday we had the show. It was alot better than I thought it would be. There was a decent turnout and alot of people came from far away just to see us. We've made over a hundred bucks from selling the demo at this point. Its really awesome that people keep buying it. I love having people listen to our music. It's weird, when I joined this summer I thought that this band was just silly emo music but its growing on me.
Oh yeah and today I finally wrote my random essay. It came out weird. I just started writing and coming up with theories while I was writing. I ended up comparing the philosophies of Thoreau to those of Russian Anarchists. Why do I know about Russian anarchists? I have no answer for that. I think I read something awhile back. Oh and Natasha is coming back for next weekend. Thanks god. Its been too long since I've seen her. The internet is so impersonal. I hate it. I miss feeling that close to someone. Haha well I guess all the emo really is rubbing off on me. Hmmmmm what are you gonna do. You can yell at me if I start going to Dashboard shows.
Oh and that reminds me Matt and Bink's Emo Maddness was pretty funny on Saturday. I grabbed congas and jammed along this time. I really want to get an actual project going with those guys. Okay peace out dawgs.
