Vacation!
I just got back from Asheville, NC and I must say that I had a blast. We went to the Blitmore, which was amazing and beautiful and all of the above, but the whole time I was thinking that it was just a wee bit excessive. I loved the gardens though. My dad and I spent longer going through those than we did going through the house! But we got a season pass, so we're going to go back in teh spring. I really like Asheville too. It's where the Unviersity of NC is, so it's a college town. It reminds me a lot of Madison (Wisconsin) actually, which is good, because I love that town. Anyway, I'm going to look in to that Univrsity to see what they have to offer adn such. From what I've heard, it's supposed to be a decent school and I think that they offer the classes that I want to take.
The best part of teh whole vacation? I drove almost the entire way! Yep, I even drove on freeways. At first, I kept drifting off to the side of the road, but it got a lot better. I can drive well now!
Going through the Smoky Mountains was great. At the top there was a bunch of snow, so my dad and I had a snowball fight. The crazy thing is, once we got back down to Gatlinburg, it was 60 degrees out. Anyways, it was good and even though I'm not eady to go back to school, I'm a little more relaxed.
