They say that there are no stupid questions. However, this is only applicable in schools, a safe, learning environment. Everywhere else, there are indeed stupid questions.
I don't mean to say that there are stupid people. Honestly, I think they're just lazy. Too lazy to write things down, or study or pay attention. They don't put effort in retaining anything. They ask things that have already been taught to them, things that have been published, broadcasted by media, posted online. They ask about things that they can find out themselves but they don't because they're too lazy to do any research. Easy research. That is what makes it stupid.
I wish people would think more before they talk. I hope I'm not one of those unwelcoming listeners because sometimes they really do need help. And if something is important, you should ask to make sure things are clear. It's just that with all the correspondences a person can have in a day, you really will encounter mind-gratingly stupid questions.
